Every preacher juggles several relationships. These relationships are absolutely crucial to the effectiveness of one’s ministry and leadership. This year at the NPS, we want to maximize our Relational Preaching by examining the preacher’s relationship with the Holy Spirit, the Word, self, family, team, congregation, and community. What could happen if every preacher strengthened these relationships?

The NPS features 7 main stage sessions that unpack the theme every year. We bring in a diverse line up of speakers who share the same passion for improving preaching.

We feature 2 specific workshop tracks: The Skill of Preaching (which educates attendees on specific preaching techniques and tactics) and Leadership & Preaching (which equips attendees with proven strategies for leveraging the pulpit). We will also feature a bonus track specifically designed for empowering your Elders/Support Staff to teach and preach at a higher level.

The heart of the NPS is the dynamic and down-to-earth network of leaders who attend. Not only do they come to learn, but they come to share as well. Make new friends or meet up with old ones in the Connection Hub, exchange ideas and resources in the MasterMind Room, enrich your soul with free & private mini-counseling at our Preacher Support.
